摘要
我国消化道肿瘤中胃癌的发病率位居首位,近期的研究发现具核梭杆菌(F.nucleatum)作为一种常见的人体寄生菌群在胃癌的发生发展中扮演着不容忽视的重要角色。本文从具核梭杆菌以及其诱发胃癌疾病的关系入手,阐述具核梭杆菌在胃肠道肿瘤中的基因调控、增殖凋亡和侵袭转移方面的作用机制,探讨具核梭杆菌菌群在胃癌发生中的特异性作用,为研究具核梭杆菌诱发胃癌的作用特点以及对早期胃癌的诊断和筛查提供参考。
The incidence of gastric cancer is the highest in the digestive tract cancer in China.Recent studies have found that Fusobacterium nucleatum(F.nucleatum)is a common human parasitic flora,which plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer.In this review,we reviewed the role of F.nucleatum in gene regulation,proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of gastrointestinal tumors,and discussed its specific role in the occurrence of gastric cancer,in order to provide a reference for the study of the characteristics of gastric cancer induced by F.nucleatum and the diagnosis and screening of early gastric cancer.
