摘要
利用库存的燃气PE80聚乙烯管道为测试对象,对其氧化诱导时间、断裂伸长率、热失重进行试验测试,分析管材使用寿命。通过测试发现试样外层氧化诱导时间不满足GB 15558.1—2015《燃气用聚乙烯(PE)管道系统第1部分:管材》中氧化诱导时间大于20 min的要求。试样断裂伸长率满足要求。通过热失重试验,并拟合热失重达到50%的时间的自然对数与反应温度倒数的曲线,得出在20℃条件下,生产年份为2002年的管材剩余使用寿命约为12 a,截至2021年,已存放19 a,因此该PE管材的使用寿命约为31 a。
Taking the gas PE80 polyethylene pipeline in stock as the test object, the oxidation induction time, elongation at break and thermal weight loss are tested, and the service life of the pipe is analyzed. Through the test, it is found that the oxidation induction time of the outer layer of the sample does not meet the requirements of the oxidation induction time greater than 20 min in Buried Polyethylene(PE) Piping Systems for Supply of Gaseous Fuels-Part 1: Pipes(GB 15558.1-2015). The elongation at break of the sample meets the requirements. Through the thermal weight loss test and fitting the curve between the natural logarithm of the time when the thermal weight loss reaches 50% and the reciprocal of the reaction temperature, it is concluded that under the condition of 20 ℃,the remaining service life of the pipe produced in 2002 is about 12 years, and by 2021,it has been stored for 19 years, so the service life of the PE pipe is about 31 years.
