摘要
目的 研究分析标本溶血对生化检验中相关指标(电解质、心肌酶)所带来的临床影响。方法 选取湖南省职业病防治院2021年4月—2022年4月开展生化检验的外周血氧样本(研究数量为150份),在检验后对其实施溶血干预,研究分析标本溶血对生化检验相关指标的影响。结果 较之溶血前,外周血样检测样本中电解质(K、Cl以及Ca)相关指标水平、心肌酶[肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MB)、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(N-terminal portion of pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NTpro BNP)和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cardiac troponinⅠ,cTnⅠ)]相关指标水平、血脂[总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)]相关指标浓度水平以及肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)]相关指标浓度水平均明显增加,重度溶血组上述电解质指标水平均更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 标本溶血会一定程度上影响生化检验结果的精准性、有效性,为此应该提高对样本溶血状况的重视度,从而为临床诊治疾病提供良好的参考依据。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hemolysis on relevant indexes(electrolytes,myocardial enzymes) in biochemical tests.Methods 150 peripheral blood oxygen samples conducted biochemical tests in Hu’nan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Disease from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected.Hemolysis intervention was performed on them after the test to study and analyze the influence of hemolysis on biochemical test related indicators.Results Compared with before the hemolysis,the relevant index level of electrolyte(K,Cl and Ca),myocardial enzymes [creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isozymes(CK-MB),N-terminal portion of pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)] related index levels,blood lipids [serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)].Related index concentration level and liver function [alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total protein(TP)].The concentration levels of all related indicators were significantly increased,these electrolyte index levels were higher in the severe hemolysis group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis of samples will affect the accuracy and validity of biochemical test results to a certain extent,so we should pay more attention to the hemolysis of samples,so as to provide a good reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
