摘要
以黄化的‘秋月’梨树为试材,采用3种黄化矫治处理,观察处理后树体叶片颜色变化,并分析果实、土壤、叶片中矿质元素含量变化,以期筛选出最佳的黄化矫治方案。结果表明:‘必益铁+微晶C’和‘福绿来+海藻素’处理对‘秋月’梨黄化矫治效果好,10 d后叶片明显转绿,土壤调理剂没有效果;‘必益铁+微晶C’和‘福绿来+海藻素’处理后果实的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量显著高于土壤调理剂处理;‘必益铁+微晶C’和‘福绿来+海藻素’处理均能提高土壤中部分矿质元素的含量,尤其是‘福绿来+海藻素’处理对提高土壤中有效铁含量的效果显著;相关性分析结果表明,土壤中有效铁含量与氮、有效锰含量呈显著正相关。
The etiolated ‘Qiuyue’ pear tree was used as the experimental material, and three etiolation treatments were used to observe the changes of leaf color after treatment, and analyze the changes of mineral elements content in fruit, soil and leaves, in order to screen out the best etiolation treatment plan.The results showed that the treatments of ‘Biyi iron + microcrystalline C’ and ‘freeilene + algin’ showed good effects on reducing yellowing and the leaves turned green obviously 10 days later,but the treatment of soil conditioner had no effect.The contents of soluble solids and soluble sugar treated with‘Biyi iron + microcrystalline C’and ‘freeilene + algin’was significantly higher than that of‘soil conditioner’.The treatment of‘Biyi iron + microcrystalline C’and‘freeilene+ algin’could improve the contents of some mineral element in soil in a certain extent,especially‘freeilene+algin’treatment could improve the content of effective iron in soil significantly.Correlation analysis results showed that,the content of available iron in soil was significantly positively correlated with the content of nitrogen and available manganese.
