同伴支持用于学龄期儿童急性阑尾炎术后康复的效果和满意度分析 被引量:6

Analysis on the rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of peer support in school-age children after acute appendicitis operation

摘要 目的分析同伴支持用于学龄期儿童急性阑尾炎术后康复的效果和满意度,为临床提供一种更有效的儿童阑尾炎术后干预方案。方法选取2019年6月1日—9月30日在温州医科大学附属第二医院接受阑尾炎手术治疗的50例学龄期儿童为对照组,2019年10月1日—2020年7月30日在温州医科大学附属第二医院接受阑尾炎手术治疗的50例学龄期儿童为观察组。对照组采用阑尾炎常规术后干预模式,观察组采用同伴支持模式实施术后干预。比较两组患儿手术当天和术后1、3、5 d的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分的改善程度,患儿恢复时间,患儿配合度评分,家长满意率。结果观察组手术当天、术后1 d、术后3 d及术后5 d的NRS评分分别为(7.1±1.2)分、(6.7±0.8)分、(4.0±0.7)分及(2.1±0.4)分;对照组手术当天、术后1 d、术后3 d及术后5 d的NRS评分分别为(6.9±1.5)分、(6.6±1.0)分、(5.2±0.9)分及(3.8±0.6)分。手术当天和术后1 d,两组患儿NRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(t=0.736、0.552,均P>0.05);术后3、5 d,观察组患儿NRS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.442、16.670,均P<0.05)。观察组患儿下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及平均术后住院天数均显著短于对照组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿配合度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿配合度评分均显著升高,且观察组患儿配合度评分显著高于对照组患儿(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意度评分为(3.5±0.3)分,显著高于对照组的(2.8±0.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.379,P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.333,P<0.05)。结论同伴支持用于学龄期儿童急性阑尾炎术后康复的效果较好,能够减轻患儿疼痛,提高患儿配合度,促进患儿快速康复,提高家长满意度。 Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of peer support in school-age children after acute appendicitis operation,provide an effective postoperative intervention plan for clinical work.Methods Fifty school-age children undergoing appen⁃dectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from June 1st,2019 to September 30th,2019 were selected as control group,fifty school-age children undergoing appendectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from October 1st,2019 to July 30th,2020 were selected as observation group.The children in control group were given conventional postoperative intervention mode of appendicitis,and the children in observation group were given peer support mode for postoperative intervention.The improvements of pain numeric rating scale(NRS)scores on the day of operation and 1,3,and 5 days after operation,recovery time of children,the cooperation score of children,and parental satisfaction rates in the two groups were compared.Results NRS scores on the day of operation and 1,3,and 5 days after operation in observation group were(7.1±1.2),(6.7±0.8),(4.0±0.7),and(2.1±0.4),re⁃spectively;NRS scores on the day of operation and 1,3,and 5 days after operation in control group were(6.9±1.5),(6.6±1.0),(5.2±0.9),and(3.8±0.6),respectively.On the day of operation and one day after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups(t=0.736,0.552,P>0.05).At 3 and 5 days after operation,NRS scores in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(t=7.442,16.670,P<0.05).The postoperative activity time,anal exhausting time,and postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of coordination between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of coordination in the two groups increased significantly,the score of coordination after interven⁃tion in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction score in observation group was(3.5±0.3),which was higher than that in control group(2.8±0.6),there was statistically significant difference(t=7.379,P<0.05).The parental satisfaction rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(χ^(2)=4.333,P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support is effective in rehabilitation of school-age children after acute appendicitis operation,which can relieve pain,improve the cooperation,promote rapid recovery,and increase the satisfaction of parents with medical care.
