摘要
从材料颗粒含量的设计、制备与热处理3个方面探讨了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的研究现状。着重介绍了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的各种工艺设计及特点,以及颗粒增强铝基复合材料的机械性能和物理性能。同时阐述了碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料研究中存在的问题。在此基础上,展望了该复合材料的发展前景。
Particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite is a discontinuous reinforced metal matrix composite.It is a material with ceramic particles as reinforcement and metal matrix as main bearing phase.As we all know,metal matrix composites can produce many kinds of effects,such as average,parallel,resonance,induction and synergy,which can improve the properties of materials.However,it should be noted that this must be based on the sound process of material design and preparation,and the setting of interface state,particle size,particle content and process parameters will have a great impact on the properties of materials.This paper mainly discusses the research status of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites from 3 aspects:design,heat treatment and processing.
