摘要
文章使用2003—2019年我国省级面板数据,构建动态空间面板模型、中介效应模型考察我国数字经济发展对碳排放的影响及作用机制,结果表明:(1)我国数字经济发展能有效降低碳排放强度,在东、中、西部地区的减排效应均显著。(2)碳排放具有时间依赖性和空间溢出性特征。(3)机制检验结果表明,数字经济发展促进了东部和中部地区经济集聚,并通过经济集聚的正外部性发挥积极的减排作用,但在西部地区,经济集聚减排的中介效应不显著。
This paper uses the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2019 to investigate the impact of digital economy on carbon emission and its mechanism by constructing a dynamic spatial panel model and a mediating effect model.The results go as below:(1) The development of digital economy in China can effectively reduce carbon emissions,and the emission reduction effect is significant in the eastern,central and western regions.(2) Carbon emissions present evident dependence in the time dimension and spillover in the spatial dimension.(3) The mechanism test results indicate that the development of digital economy promotes economic agglomeration in eastern and central regions,and plays a positive role in emission reduction through the positive externality of economic agglomeration.However,in western regions,the mediating effect of economic agglomeration on emission reduction is not significant.
