程序化控制模式在病理设备技术流程管理中的实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨程序化控制模式在病理设备技术流程及质量控制管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院病理科在用的70台病理设备,分别采用以故障事前预防、事中维修和事后维护为主线开展针对性维修活动的维修式控制模式和按照标本取材、标本储存、组织脱水、包埋染色和病理诊断完善病理检查标准化技术流程开展病理设备程序化管理的程序化控制模式进行管理。对比两种管理模式中工作程序不合格率、病理设备故障维修率和生物安全评分。结果:程序化控制模式标本取材、标本储存、组织脱水、包埋染色和病理诊断工作程序不合格率低于维修式控制模式,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.336,χ^(2)=14.701,χ^(2)=9.069,χ^(2)=13.072,χ^(2)=9.435;P<0.05);程序化控制模式的脱水机、切片机、染色机、显微镜及其他病理设备故障率低于维修式控制模式,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.946,Z=3.379,Z=3.555,Z=3.754,Z=2.486;P<0.05);程序化控制模式病理科相关有害气体排放、病理设备清洗消毒和有害液体回收处理评分高于维修式控制模式,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.243,Z=2.888,Z=2.750;P<0.05)。结论:程序化控制模式可优化病理检查技术流程,提高工作程序的规范性,降低病理设备故障发生率。 Objective:To explore the application value of procedural control mode in the quality control management of pathological equipment.Methods:A total of 70 sets of pathological equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes.The control group adopted the maintenance control mode to carry out targeted maintenance activities based on the line of prefailure prevention,in-process maintenance and post-failure maintenance;the observation group adopted the procedural control mode to improve the standardized technical process of pathological examination and procedural management of pathological equipment according to specimen collection,specimen storage,tissue dehydration,embedding staining and pathological diagnosis.The unqualified rate of working procedures,pathological equipment failure maintenance rate and score of biosafety were compared between the two groups.Results:The unqualified rate of the procedure of specimen collection,specimen storage,tissue dehydration,embedding staining and pathological diagnosis procedures in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.336,χ^(2)=14.701,χ^(2)=9.069,χ^(2)=13.072,χ^(2)=9.435;P<0.05).The failure rate of dehydrator,slicer,staining machine,microscope and other pathological equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.946,Z=3.379,Z=3.555,Z=3.754,Z=2.486;P<0.05).The scores of pathology-related harmful gas emissions,pathological equipment cleaning and disinfection,and recycle and treatment of harmful liquid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.243,Z=2.888,Z=2.750;P<0.05).Conclusion:The procedural control mode can optimize the technical process of pathological examination,improve the standardization of work procedure,and reduce the incidence of pathological equipment failure.
