摘要
目的:探讨白花前胡有效成分含量对海拔因子的响应规律,为前胡的规范化栽培提供依据。方法:设置650 m、900 m、1 200 m三个不同海拔梯度,统一种源与大田管理,于采收期每个海拔梯度采挖具有代表性的10株单株,测定白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素,并对实验结果进行特征分析和相关性分析。结果:不同海拔梯度上白花前胡甲素的达标率为50.00%~70.00%,总达标率为56.67%,900 m时达标率最高;白花前胡乙素达标率为10.00%~40.00%,总达标率为26.67%,随海拔升高而降低。白花前胡甲素含量的变异系数为32.66%~42.92%,白花前胡乙素含量的变异系数为79.30%~123.12%,均随海拔升高而降低。白花前胡甲素含量与乙素含量呈负相关性,且相关程度在900 m时达极显著水平。白花前胡甲素含量与海拔呈正相关,白花前胡乙素含量与海拔呈显著负相关。结论:海拔高度对白花前胡甲素与白花前胡乙素的含量高低、含量的变异系数,以及二者含量之间的关系均具有一定影响,相对高海拔(900 m)环境的白花前胡甲素含量高,相对低海拔(650 m)白花前胡乙素含量高,且海拔高度对白花前胡乙素含量的影响大于白花前胡甲素。基于不同产区白花前胡质量千差万别的现状,该研究对探寻前胡质量的主要影响因素具有重要科学价值,对前胡的高效栽培和质量提升与控制具有实际指导意义。
Objective:To study the response of active components to altitude factors,and to provide the basis for standardized cultivation of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn.Methods:We set up three different altitude gradients of 650 m,900 m,and 1 200 m,and unified Peucedanum praeruptorum provenance and field management in this experiment. Ten representative plants were collected at each altitude gradient during the harvest period,and the contents of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B were determined in Peucedani Radix. According to the experimental results,characteristic analysis and correlation analysis were carried out. Results:At different altitudes,the compliance rate of praeruptorin A was 50.00%~70.00%,and the total compliance rate was 56.67%. The compliance rate was the highest at 900 m. The compliance rate of praeruptorin B was 10.00%~40.00%,which decreased with the increase of altitude,and the total compliance rate was 26.67%. The variation coefficients of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B contents were 32.66%~42.92% and 79.30%~123.12%,respectively,which decreased with the increase of altitude. There was a negatively correlated between the contents of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B,and the correlation reached an extremely significant level at 900 m. The praeruptorin A had a positive correlation with altitude,and the praeruptorin B had significant negative correlation with it. Conclusion:Altitude had a certain influence on the contents,variation coefficients and the relationship between the contents of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B. The content of praeruptorin A in the environment of relatively high altitude(900 m)was high,and the content of praeruptorin B in the environment of relatively low altitude(650 m)was high. The influence of altitude on the content of praeruptorin B was greater than that of praeruptorin A. Based on the present situation of the quality of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn in different producing areas,this study had important scientific value for exploring the main influencing factors of the quality of Peucedani Radix,and had practical guiding significance for the efficient cultivation and quality improvement and control of it.
