虚拟环境康复训练结合高低频转换听觉-运动训练对脑卒中后下肢功能障碍患者下肢功能、睡眠质量及康复积极性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨虚拟环境康复训练结合高低频转换听觉-运动训练在脑卒中后下肢功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的80例脑卒中后下肢功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用虚拟环境康复训练结合高低频转换听觉-运动训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能量表(FMA-LE)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极举动、康复护理配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟环境康复训练结合高低频转换听觉-运动训练干预在脑卒中后下肢功能障碍患者中的效果显著,有利于促进下肢功能恢复,改善睡眠质量,提高康复积极性,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of virtual environment rehabilitation training combined with high-low frequency conversion auditory-motor training in lower limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given virtual environment rehabilitation training combined with high-low frequency conversion auditory-motor training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity(FMA-LE)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of time before falling asleep,sleep time and sleep efficiency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive behavior,rehabilitation nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of abandonment behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual environment rehabilitation training combined with high-low frequency conversion auditory-motor training intervention in patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke has a significant effect,it is conducive to promoting the recovery of lower limb function,improving sleep quality and rehabilitation enthusiasm,which is worth promoting.
