摘要
针刺伤是医务工作者面临的严重职业危害之一。护理人员作为针刺伤发生的主要职业群体,其职业安全和生命健康受到威胁。预防针刺伤是医院感染预防与控制的重要环节。2018年,中华护理学会护理管理专业委员会组织专家制定并发布了《针刺伤防护专家共识》,为我国护理人员针刺伤预防和处理工作提供了统一的规范指引。本文从针刺伤的概念、流行病学特征、主要风险因素、预防及处理4个方面对该共识进行要点解读,以期为临床护理人员制订、实施针刺伤防护措施提供参考依据,从而降低临床针刺伤的发生率。
Needle stick injury is one of the serious occupational hazards faced by healthcare providers.Nurses are the main occupational groups suffering from needle stick injuries,which threaten their occupational safety and life health.Prevention of needle stick injuries is an important part of the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.In 2018,the Nursing Administration Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association organized experts to develop and issue the Consensus of Needle Stick Injury Protection,providing unified and normative guidelines for the prevention and treatment of needle stick injuries among nurses in China.This article interprets the Consensus from the concept,epidemiological characteristics,major risk factors and prevention&treatment of needle stick injuries,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nurses in formulating and implementing needle stick injury protection measures,and thereby reducing the incidence of needle stick injuries in clinical practice.
