摘要
在对真空镀膜装置工作原理分析的基础上,设计了基于PLC的真空镀膜装置控制系统,并完成了控制系统关键器件的选型。该控制系统有效提升了真空镀膜装置的自动化控制能力,镀膜的精确性和效率得到了提高。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of vacuum coating device,the control system of vacuum coating device based on PLC is designed,and the selection of key components of the control system is completed.The control system effectively improves the automatic control ability of the vacuum coating device,and the accuracy and efficiency of the coating are improved.
