摘要 针对当前钢筋网片生产效率较低的问题,提出了基于PLC和伺服电机的控制系统设计。系统软件采用对伺服控制系统的位移曲线进行控制的方式,通过伺服控制系统的位置反馈信号实现了预定轨迹的跟踪控制,完成对经纬钢筋的送料、组合以及钢筋焊网的有序排列。基于模糊控制算法,完成了钢筋焊网的焊接压力控制,并通过MATLAB进行了仿真验证。所述控制系统提升了钢筋网焊接效率,保证了焊接质量,降低了工人工作强度,具有一定的实践意义。 Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency of steel mesh,a control system design based on PLC and servo motor is proposed.The method of controlling the displacement curve of the servo control system is adopted,and the tracking control of the predetermined trajectory is realized through the position feedback signal of the servo control system.The feeding and combination of warp and weft steel bars as well as the orderly arrangement of the welded steel mesh are accomplished.Based on the fuzzy control algorithm,the welding pressure control of the welded steel mesh is completed and verified by simulation through MATLAB.The control system improves the welding efficiency of the steel mesh,ensures the welding quality,reduces the work intensity of workers,and has certain practical significance.
