摘要
郑惠芳认为多种妇科疾病的病因都与“血不利则为水”有关,尤以瘀血、痰湿为主,并强调血水同治法应贯穿妇科疾病的辨证诊治,治疗选用桂枝茯苓丸,用以治疗痛经、多囊卵巢综合征、经行眩晕、产后恶露不绝、癥瘕、盆腔炎性疾病等,随证化裁,临床效果较好。
Zheng Huifang believes that the etiology of many gynecological diseases is related to Xuebuli Zeweishui,especially blood stasis and phlegm-dampness,and emphasizes that the method of treating blood and water together should be used throughout the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.Guizhi Fuling pill is used to treat dysmenorrhea,polycystic ovary syndrome,menstrual dizziness,postpartum lochia,abdominal masses,pelvic inflammatory disease.The clinical effect is well.
