摘要
为了提高圆柱锂电池的电芯生产效率和精度,设计了系统的机械组成结构,阐述了系统运动控制框架结构,通过对电子齿轮和电子凸轮同步控制的运用,取得了良好的实际控制效果,提高了系统精度和响应速度,设备效率和精度处于行业领先地位。
In order to improve the production efficiency and accuracy of cylindrical lithium battery cells,this paper designs the mechanical structure of the system,describes the motion control framework of the system.Through the application of electronic gear and electronic cam synchronous control,good practical control results are achieved,the system accuracy and response speed are improved,and the equipment efficiency and accuracy are in the leading position in the industry.
