摘要
为改善平面叶栅风洞实验中叶栅流场品质,并明确上下侧板抽吸相关参数和了解侧板抽吸对流场的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法研究抽吸缝宽度与抽吸背压对流场品质的改善效果。研究结果发现:通过合理改变抽吸变量可有效改善叶栅中下部连续3个通道栅前流场均匀性与栅后流场周期性,使得进出口马赫数误差<0.01,气流角误差<0.5°,同时出口以T_(5)通道为参照在相同误差范围内具有较好的周期性,从而明确对于栅前监控点位置的选择应位于T_(4)~T_(6)通道之间;抽吸缝为20 mm、抽吸背压为80 kPa时可以取得较好的流场品质且满足工程需求。
Improving the quality of the cascade flow field is particularly important for the plane cascade wind tunnel experiment,clarifying the relevant parameters of the upper and lower side plate suction,and understanding the influence of the side plate suction on the flow field,numerical simulation methods were used to study the effect of the suction slit width and the suction back pressure for the improvement effect of flow field quality.The results show that by reasonably changing the suction variable,the inlet uniformity and outlet periodicity of the cascade three channels in the middle and lower part can be effectively improved,so that the deviation of the inlet and outlet Mach number is less than 0.01,the airflow angle deviation is less than 0.5°,and the outlet channel uses T_(5) passage to refer to a better periodicity within the same error range,it is clear that the selection of the position of the monitoring point in front of the grid should be between T_(4)-T_(6) passage,and that the suction gap is 20 mm and the suction back pressure is 80 kPa.Thus better flow field quality is achieved and engineering needs are met.
