加压过滤人体血液的精密结构件注塑参数优化

Optimization of Injection Molding Parameters of Precision Injection Molded Parts for Pressurized Filtration of Human Blood

摘要 变形量和缩痕指数直接影响加压过滤人体血液的精密结构件血液流动性和密封性能。通过计算机辅助技术和正交试验,探究工艺参数对注塑件总变形和缩痕指数的影响。结果表明:注塑工艺参数最优组合为A4B1C1D5E2F1,即模具温度为70℃,熔体温度为215℃,注射时间为0.2 s,保压压力为60 MPa,保压时间为6 s,冷却时间为5 s。相比初始工艺参数,注塑件总变形量降低了10.22%,缩痕指数降低了18.82%,均达到设计指标要求。试模测试结果表明:注塑工艺参数优化后注塑件的表面质量较好,内部无气泡,能够实现血液的快速加压过滤。 The deformation and sink mark index directly affect the blood fluidity and sealing performance of the precision structural parts for pressurized filtration of human blood.The effects of process parameters on the total deformation and shrinkage index of injection molded parts were investigated by computer aided technology and orthogonal test.The results show that the optimal combination of injection molding process parameters is A4B1C1D5E2F1.The mold temperature is70℃,the melt temperature is 215℃,the injection time is 0.2 s,the holding pressure is 60 MPa,the holding time is 6 s,and the cooling time is 5 s.Compared with the initial process parameters,the total deformation of the injection molded parts is reduced by 10.22%,and the shrinkage index is reduced by 18.82%,which meets the design requirements.The test results show that the surface quality of the injection molded parts after the optimization of the injection molding process parameters is better,there is no bubble inside,and the rapid pressure filtration of blood can be realized.
