粉煤灰和电石渣稳定土用于路床处治性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为缓解当前石灰资源匮乏的现象,对利用工业固废粉煤灰及电石渣替代石灰或水泥稳定土用于路床处治进行相关试验研究。采用击实试验和无侧限抗压强度试验确定最佳的粉煤灰-电石渣掺配比例,研究粉煤灰电石渣结合料的最佳含水量和最大干密度的变化关系以及强度变化趋势,通过无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、抗压回弹模量试验以及CBR试验确定粉煤灰及电石渣稳定土的最佳掺配比例,研究不同龄期不同掺配比例下粉煤灰及电石渣稳定土的强度变化趋势。结果表明:通过试验确定最佳电石渣粉煤灰结合料掺配比例为1∶4,推荐最佳电石渣稳定土掺配比例为8∶92,粉煤灰电石渣稳定土最佳掺配比例为8∶32∶60。 In order to alleviate the current shortage of lime resources,the use of industrial solid waste fly ash and calcium carbide slag instead of lime or cement stabilized soil for road bed treatment has been carried out related experimental research.The compaction test and the unconfined compressive strength test were used to determine the best blending ratio of fly ash and calcium carbide slag,and the relationship between the optimal moisture content and the maximum dry density of the fly ash and calcium carbide slag binder as well as the strength changes were studied.Trend,through the unconfined compressive strength test,splitting strength test,compressive resilience modulus test and CBR test to determine the best blending ratio of fly ash and calcium carbide slag stabilized soil,and study the different blends of different ages The change trend of the strength of fly ash and calcium carbide slag stabilized soil under different ratios.The results show that the best blending ratio of calcium carbide slag and fly ash binder is determined by experiments to be 1∶4,the recommended blending ratio of calcium carbide slag stabilized soil is 8∶92,and the best blending ratio of fly ash calcium carbide slag stabilized soil is recommended.It is 8∶32∶60.
