摘要
新加坡数据跨境流动管理机制兼顾保护个人数据安全和支持数字经济发展两大目标,建立了相对完善的个人数据保护制度和监管体系。本文通过对新加坡个人数据跨境流动安全规制和执法特点进行深入研究,帮助我国企业了解新加坡数据出境监管特点,从而提升其数据安全合规能力,规避出境风险。
Singapore’s cross-border data flow management system takes into account of two major goals: protecting personal information security and supporting the development of digital economy. It has established a relatively comprehensive personal data protection system and regulatory system. This paper makes a profound study on the security regulation and law enforcement characteristics of personal data cross-border flow in Singapore, to help Chinese enterprises understand the characteristics of Singapore’s data export supervision, so as to improve their data security compliance capabilities and avoid export risks.
