摘要
人们生活过程中,食品属于第一生活需求,而食品的质量安全则是直接影响现代化人们生活质量的一项关键要素。目前来看,我国很多企业生产出的食品质量不佳,比如存在微生物或者有害物质超标等方面的问题,已经引起了全社会的关注和重视。本文主要针对食品生产过程中原料生产、制作加工、检验、包装等环节的标准化工作进行论述,提出标准化在食品质量安全过程中起到的重要作用,希望可以提供参考。
In the people’s life, food is the first life demand, and the quality and safety of food is a key factor that directly affects the quality of life of modern people. At present, the quality of food produced by many enterprises in China is not good enough, and there are problems such as microorganisms or harmful substances exceeding the standard. This has attracted the attention of the whole society. This paper mainly discusses the standardization of raw material production,processing, inspection, packaging, etc. in the food production process, and proposes the important role of standardization in the food quality and safety, which is expected to provide a reference.
