摘要
为探究土地可持续发展演变规律,面向全球可持续发展目标构建土地可持续发展评价指标体系,以黄河中下游为研究对象,运用加权TOPSIS法和障碍度模型,揭示黄河中下游地区土地可持续发展的时空演变特征及主要障碍因素。结果表明:1)2005—2018年黄河中下游地区土地可持续发展水平呈上升趋势,得分由0.371提升至0.735;2)土地可持续发展具有明显的空间差异,东部区域土地可持续发展水平提升较快;3)土地可持续发展障碍因子呈动态变化,地均工业二氧化硫排放量与单位耕地面积化肥施用量是其主要障碍因素。因此,生态环境对土地可持续发展制约作用仍相对较高,未来应重点关注以实现黄河中下游地区高质量发展。
Land is the basic material condition on which human beings depend for survival and development.In order to explore the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of land sustainable development,an evaluation index system was constructed based on sustainable development goals.The middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River was taken as the research object.The weighted TOPSIS method and the obstacle factor model were then employed to quantitatively measure the land sustainable development level and identify the main obstacle factors in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.The results show that:The land sustainable development level was on the rise generally,and the score increased from 0.371to 0.735from 2005to 2018.The land sustainable development presented obvious spatial differences,and the land sustainable development level in the eastern area of the Yellow River mainstream was improved rapidly.The land sustainable development obstacle factors changed dynamically with time in the study area from 2005to 2018.Generally,the industrial sulfur dioxide emissions per area and the consumption of chemical fertilizer per cultivated land area were the main obstacle factors.Therefore,the ecological environment still showed a relative high restriction of the land sustainable development,which should be paid more attention to achieve high-quality development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.
