摘要
专业运动功能鞋靴明确要求所用鞋材必须具备轻质、舒适特点,以确保运动鞋成品轻盈且强韧,在实现运动鞋良好功能的同时符合穿着舒适等要求,具体即优异的防水性、透气性、剥离强度等。据此,为优化聚氨酯合成材料所制作运动鞋的性能,使其同时具备防水性、透气性与高物理机械性能,本文以湿法制备了聚氨酯合成革材料,对其性能进行了详细分析,并进一步分析了其在运动鞋中的实际应用,以期促使聚氨酯合成革运动鞋拥有优越的综合性能。
The functional shoes and boots for sports professionals clearly require that the shoe materials used must be light and comfortable to ensure that the finished sports shoes are light and strong,and meet the requirements for wearing comfort while realizing the good functions of sports shoes,specifically,excellent water resistance,breathability,peel strength,etc.Therefore,in order to optimize the properties of the sports shoes made of polyurethane synthetic materials,and make them have waterproof,air permeability and high physical and mechanical properties,this paper prepared polyurethane synthetic leather materials by wet method,analyzed its properties in detail,and further analyzed its practical application in sports shoes,in order to promote polyurethane synthetic leather sports shoes to have superior comprehensive properties.
