摘要
目的探讨基于布鲁姆教学目标分类理论的互动沟通模式在心血管外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年10月至2021年12月重庆市人民医院心血管外科的54名实习护生为研究对象。按照入科实习的时间进行分组,将2020年10月至2021年6月入科实习的27名护生设为对照组,实施常规跟班式护理教学;将2021年7月至12月入科实习的27名护生设为观察组,运用基于布鲁姆教学目标分类理论的互动沟通模式实施护理临床教学。比较两组护生的出科理论和实践考核成绩、核心能力以及教学质量。结果干预前,两组护生的核心能力各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组护生核心能力各维度评分高于干预前,且观察组护生的出科理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩、核心能力各维度评分以及教学质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于布鲁姆教学目标分类理论的互动沟通模式可提高心血管外科护生的专科理论知识水平、临床实践能力、专业核心能力,进而提高护理教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of interactive communication mode based on Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives theory in cardiovascular surgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 54 nursing students practice in Cardiovascular Surgery of Chongqing General Hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of internship,27 nursing students practiced from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the control group to implement routine follow-up nursing teaching,27 nursing students practiced from July to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and the interactive communication mode based on Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives theory was used to implement nursing clinical teaching.The examination results of graduation theory and practice,core competence and teaching quality of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of core competence between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of core competence of nursing students in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of theoretical examination,practical examination,core competence and teaching quality of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive communication mode based on Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives theory can improve the professional theoretical knowledge level,clinical practice ability and professional core ability of cardiovascular surgery nursing students,and then improve the quality of nursing teaching.
