摘要
为了探讨麦冬缓解丁香对草地早熟禾的化感效应,为丁香园草坪建植提供新思路,为园林植物配置提供参考,通过制备未灭菌或灭菌的丁香园裸地和丁香园麦冬土壤浸提液,研究不同质量浓度土壤浸提液对草地早熟禾种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响,并采用化感综合效应指数进行综合评价。结果表明,随着土壤浸提液质量浓度的升高,未灭菌的丁香园裸地、丁香园麦冬土壤浸提液处理的草地早熟禾的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、苗长、根长以及SOD、POD和CAT活性先升高后降低,MDA含量先降低后升高;灭菌的丁香园裸地土壤浸提液处理的草地早熟禾的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、苗长、根长以及SOD、POD和CAT活性逐渐降低,MDA含量逐渐升高;灭菌的丁香园麦冬土壤浸提液处理的草地早熟禾的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数先升高后降低,苗长、根长逐渐降低,SOD、POD和CAT活性先升高后降低,MDA含量先降低后升高。除灭菌的丁香园裸地土壤浸提液处理外,其余土壤浸提液处理对草地早熟禾的化感作用均表现低促高抑,且高质量浓度未灭菌土壤浸提液对草地早熟禾的化感作用低于灭菌土壤浸提液处理,丁香园裸地土壤浸提液对草地早熟禾的化感抑制作用高于丁香园麦冬土壤浸提液,麦冬可能起到了缓解丁香对草地早熟禾的化感作用。
In order to explore whether Ophiopogon japonicus can alleviate the allelopathic effects of Syzygium aromaticum on Poa pratensis L.,provide new ideas for Syzygium aromaticum orchard lawn construction,and provide reference for garden plant configuration,in this study,The unsterilized or sterilized soil extracts from naked land and Ophiopogon japonicus in Syzygium aromaticum orchard were prepared to study the effects of different mass concentrations of soil extracts on seed germination,seedling growth,physiological and biochemical indexes of Poa pratensis L.,and allelopathic comprehensive effect index was used to comprehensively evaluate.The results showed that with the increase of soil extract mass concentration,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,seedling length,root length,SOD,POD and CAT activities of Poa pratensis L.treated with unsterilized soil extracts from naked land and Ophiopogon japonicus in Syzygium aromaticum orchard were were increased first and then decreased,and MDA content was decreased first and then increased.The germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,seedling length,root length,SOD,POD and CAT activities of Poa pratensis L.treated with sterilized soil extract from naked land in Syzygium aromaticum orchard were decreased gradually,and MDA content was increased gradually.The germination percentage,germination potential,and germination index of Poa pratensis L.treated with sterilized soil extract from Ophiopogon japonicus in Syzygium aromaticum orchard were increased first and then decreased,seedling length and root length were decreased gradually,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were increased first and then decreased,and MDA content was decreased first and then increased.With the exception of the treatment of the sterilized soil extract from naked land in Syzygium aromaticum orchard,other types of treatments showed a lowpromotion and high-inhibition effect.The allelopathy of high mass concentration of the unsterilized soil extracts on Poa pratensis L.was lower than that of the sterilized soil extracts,and the allelopathic inhibition of the soil extracts from naked land in Syzygium aromaticum orchard on Poa pratensis L.was higher than that of the soil extracts from Ophiopogon japonicus in Syzygium aromaticum orchard.Ophiopogon japonicus might alleviate the allelopathy of Syzygium aromaticum on Poa pratensis L..
