摘要
目的观察清热化湿祛瘀方对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠道菌群的影响。方法选取2018年6月―2021年8月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院收治的13例UC活动期患者为研究对象,患者在长期美沙拉嗪基础治疗上给予清热化湿祛瘀方,连续治疗12周,通过16S rRNA测序技术检测治疗前、后肠道菌群的分布,观察清热化湿祛瘀方对肠道菌群的调控作用。结果清热化湿祛瘀方治疗后菌群多样性及丰富度均较前升高;厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、普拉梭菌属(Faecalibacterium)丰度均有所升高,且拟杆菌门(Bacteriodetes)、大肠杆菌属(Escherichia)丰度有所下降。结论清热化湿祛瘀方治疗有助于增加肠道菌群的多样性和物种丰富度,同时可辅助有益菌的增长,并抑制致病菌的增殖,从而更好地维持肠道微环境。
Objective To observe the effect of Qingre Huashi Quyu Recipe on intestinal flora in patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 13 patients with UC in the active stage who were admitted to the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Medical University from June 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated with Qingre Huashi Quyu Recipe for 12 weeks on the basis of long-term mesalazine treatment.The distribution of intestinal flora before and after treatment was detected by 16s rRNA sequencing technology,and the regulatory action of Qingre Huashi Quyu Recipe on intestinal flora was observed.Results The diversity and abundance of flora after the treatment were higher than before;the abundance of Firmicutes and Faecalibacterium was increased,while the abundance of Bacteroides and Escherichia coli decreased.Conclusion Qingre Huashi Quyu Recipe can help to increase the diversity and species richness of intestinal flora,assist the growth of beneficial bacteria,and inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria,so as to make a better maintainence of the intestinal microenvironment.
