摘要
针对地质灾害多发路段道路交通事故频发、预警不及时等问题,文章设计了一种预警系统。该系统将地质灾害多发路段监控视频接入平台,同时存入服务器,服务器实时接收监控视频后,对监控视频进行切割,将切割后的图像帧与参考图像帧进行相似度计算。如果相似度低于阈值,则视为新输入的图像帧发生了较大形变或有障碍物进入,可以视为发生了地质灾害,启动报警并下发短信给对应的道路管理员,由道路管理员核实后,确定是否解除预警并做出相应的处理。该系统实现了道路地质灾害的实时检测和预警,提高了道路异常预警效率,对保障通行车辆的安全具有重要意义。
In view of the frequent occurrence of road traffic accidents and untimely early warning in geological disaster prone sections,this early warning system accesses the monitoring video of geological disaster prone sections to the platform and stores it in the server.After the server receives the monitoring video in real time,it cuts the monitoring video and calculates the similarity between the cut image frame and the reference image frame.If the similarity is lower than the threshold,it is deemed that the newly input image frame has undergone large deformation or has obstacles entering,and it can be deemed that geological disasters have occurred.Start the alarm and send a short message to the corresponding road administrator.After verification by the road administrator,determine whether to remove the early warning and make corresponding treatment.Through this system,the real-time detection and early warning of road geological disasters are realized,the efficiency of road abnormal early warning is improved,and it is of great significance to ensure the safety of passing vehicles.
