摘要
目的:研究心房颤动患者冷冻消融联合射频消融的手术护理配合措施及应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年7月广东省中医院收治的80例心房颤动患者作为研究对象,均进行冷冻消融联合射频消融治疗,积极实施护理配合措施,观察患者干预前后的认知水平、心理状态评分,记录并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果:干预后,患者疾病知识、症状与危害、治疗知识及配合事项、术后护理各项认知水平评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,患者均无心房血栓、出血、房性心律失常等严重并发症发生,有4例(5.00%)复发。结论:将冷冻消融联合射频消融的护理配合应用于心房颤动患者中效果显著,可提高患者认知水平,缓解其负面情绪,降低并发症发生风险及复发风险,建议推广。
Objective:To study the surgical nursing cooperation measures of cryoablation combined with radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation and the application effect.Methods:Eighty patients with atrial fibrillation who were treated in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients received cryoablation combined with radiofrequency ablation treatment,and the nursing cooperation measures were actively implemented.Cognitive levels and psychological state score of patients before and after intervention were observed,the occurrence of complications and recurrence were recorded.Results:After the intervention,the cognitive levels of disease knowledge,symptoms and hazards,treatment knowledge and cooperation measures,and postoperative nursing were all higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No patients developed serious complications such as atrial thrombosis,bleeding,atrial arrhythmias at 6 months after surgery,and 4 patients had the recurrence(5.00%).Conclusion:The nursing cooperation of cryoablation combined with radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation has significant effects,it can improve the cognitive level of patients,relieve their negative emotions,reduce the risks of complications and recurrence,so it is suggested for promotion.
