摘要
目的探讨互动模式健康宣教对青光眼合并高血压患者血压波动、疾病认知和术后视力恢复质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月在济南市第二人民医院确诊的青光眼合并高血压患者82例, 采用数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组, 各41例。对照组患者采用常规健康教育护理干预, 观察组采用互动模式健康宣教护理干预。比较两组疾病认知度评分、遵医行为评分、术后视力恢复程度、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平及护理满意度评分和生活质量(QOL)评分情况。结果实施互动式健康宣教护理干预后, 观察组患者疾病认知度评分及遵医行为评分均显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后1 w、1个月、3个月裸眼视力均高于术前, 且观察组明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SBP及DBP均明显低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后护理满意度评分与生活质量评分均明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用互动模式健康宣教应用于青光眼合并高血压患者, 可提高患者疾病认知度和遵医行为, 有利于术后视力恢复, 控制血压波动, 提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of interactive health education on blood pressure fluctuation,disease cognition and postoperative visual quality in patients with glaucoma complicated with hypertension.MethodsA total of 82 patients with glaucoma complicated with hypertension diagnosed in this hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education and nursing intervention,while the observation group received interactive health education and nursing intervention.The disease awareness score,compliance behavior score,postoperative visual recovery degree,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)level,nursing satisfaction score and quality of life(QOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of interactive health education nursing intervention,the observation group of patients disease recognition scores and medical behavior scores were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with postoperative 1 week,1 month,3 months uncorrected visual acuity were higher than preoperative visual acuity,observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group after nursing satisfaction score and quality of life scores were significantly higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of interactive health education in patients with glaucoma complicated with hypertension can improve the disease awareness and compliance behavior of patients,is conducive to postoperative visual recovery,control blood pressure fluctuation,and improve nursing satisfaction.
