摘要 针对传统巡检工作中存在的劳动强度大、巡检效率低等问题,煤矿巡检领域中机器人技术运用得到快速发展。介绍了煤矿机器人的概念及其发展,指出了智能巡检机器人对煤矿安全生产的重要意义,详细阐述了智能巡检机器人的系统组成及关键技术,并重点剖析了其智能传感及控制系统的设计。智能巡检机器人不仅具备对设备进行巡查、异常情况识别、报警等常规巡检机器人的能力,且还能结合煤矿开采环境进行特殊性作业,保障巡检工作的高效率。 In view of high labor intensity,low inspection efficiency and other problems in the traditional inspection work,the application of robot technology in the field of coal mine inspection has developed rapidly.This paper introduces the concept and development of the coal mine robot,points out the important significance of the coal mine inspection robot to the safety production of coal mine,expounds the system composition and key technologies of the belt conveyor inspection robot,and emphatically analyzes the design of its intelligent sensing and control system.The belt conveyor inspection robot not only has the ability of equipment inspection,abnormal conditions identification and alarm and other conventional inspection robots,but also can carry out special operations in combination with the coal mining environment and ensure the high efficiency of the inspection work.
