摘要
为防止采空区遗煤自燃,提出了随着综采工作面的推进,穿过密闭墙向采空区内进行注浆的一种用于阻隔采空区漏风通道的方法。阐述了阻隔采空区漏风通道的技术原理及注浆防灭火的过程,此阻隔采空区漏风通道的方法在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司哈拉沟煤矿22520综采工作面安装试运行,达到了隔离或减少采空区遗煤与氧气接触,阻断了采空区与外界的漏风通道,降低了采空区内气体流动性,将采空区氧气浓度稳定在自燃临界浓度以下的目的。
In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,a method for air leakage channel blocking in goaf is proposed by grouting through closed wall into the goaf with the advance of the fully mechanized mining face,and the technical principle of the air leakage channel blocking in the goaf and the process of grouting and fire prevent and extinguish are expounded.The method for the air leakage channel blocking in the goaf is installed and tested at the 22520 fully mechanized working face of Halagou Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,which can isolate or reduce the contact between the residual coal in the goaf and oxygen,block the air leakage channel between the goaf and the outside,reduce the gas fluidity in the goaf,and stabilize the oxygen concentration in the goaf below the critical concentration of spontaneous combustion.
