摘要
采用双酚A环氧树脂、柔性环氧树脂、复合固化剂、复合导热粉、阻燃剂及助剂为主要原料开发了环氧导热结构胶。该产品具有良好的导热性能、阻燃性能、高低温冲击性能和较高断裂伸长率,并能够在室温下实现快速固化,粘接性能稳定,±10%混合比例偏差,拉伸剪切强度相差8%以内,适用于人工操作或者自动化点胶设备,满足动力电池模组工业流水线作业的要求。
The thermal conductive structural epoxy adhesive was developed by using bisphenol A epoxy resin,flexible epoxy resin,composite curing agents,composite thermal conductive powders,flame retardant and additives as the main raw materials.The product has good thermal conductivity,flame retardant performance,high and low temperature shock performance and higher elongation at break,and the product is able to achieve rapid curing at room temperature.The bonding performance is stable,Plus or minus 10%mixture ratio deviation,Tensile shear strength is less than 8%.It is suitable for manual or automatic dispensing equipment,better meet the requirements of power battery module assembly line.
