摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度米诺地尔搽剂治疗女性雄激素性脱发的有效性与安全性。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年12月本院诊治的女性雄激素性脱发患者120例作为研究对象,根据1∶1简单分配原则把患者分为研究组与对照组,各60例。两组都给予米诺地尔搽剂治疗,研究组与对照组分别采用2.0%浓度与5.0%浓度的米诺地尔搽剂外用治疗,比较两组毛发密度、毛发直径变异率、治疗疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后毛发密度高于治疗前,毛发直径变异率低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组治疗后毛发密度与毛发直径变异率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低浓度组与高浓度总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后临床症状评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组治疗后临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低浓度组不良反应发生率为5.0%,低于高浓度组的21.7%(P<0.05)。结论:相对于高浓度,低浓度米诺地尔搽剂治疗女性雄激素性脱发能减少不良反应的发生,具有很好的安全性,也能改善毛发密度与毛发直径变异率,提高总体治疗效果,改善临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of different concentrations of minoxidil liniment in the treatment of female androgenetic alopecia. Methods: A total of 120 female patients with androgenetic alopecia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of 1 ∶ 1simple distribution, the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with minoxidil liniment. The study group and the control group were treated with 2.0% and 5.0% minoxidil liniment respectively. The hair density, hair diameter variation rate, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the hair density of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the hair diameter variation rate was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in hair density and hair diameter variation rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the low concentration group and the high concentration group(P>0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the low concentration group was 5.0%, which was lower than 21.7% in the high concentration group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with high concentration, low concentration minoxidil liniment in the treatment of female androgenetic alopecia can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, has good safety, and can also improve the hair density and hair diameter variation rate, improve the overall treatment effect and improve clinical symptoms.
