不同热处理后航空紧固件用17-4PH钢耐腐蚀性及硬度的研究 被引量:5

Study on Corrosion Resistance and Hardness of 17-4PH Steel for Aviation Fasteners after Different Heat Treatment

摘要 探究了不同热处理方式对17-4PH航空紧固件材料耐蚀性、微观形貌及显微维氏硬度的影响。首先在固溶+时效热处理方式的前提下探究了不同时效处理温度对不锈钢耐蚀性以及硬度的影响,其次探究了在固溶与时效处理之间引入中间处理,以及不同中间处理温度对17-4PH不锈钢耐蚀性以及硬度的影响。结果表明:随着时效处理温度从480℃提升至560℃,其耐蚀性下降,维氏硬度降低,析出相的数量增加,尺寸变大。此外,中间处理的引入使得17-4PH不锈钢的耐蚀性有极大的提升,维氏硬度有所降低;随着中间处理温度从785℃提升至845℃,其耐蚀性进一步增强,马氏体呈现出细小及均匀的特点,并且,NbC从奥氏体当中析出抑制了贫铬区出现。 The effects of different heat treatment methods on the corrosion resistance,micromorphology and microVickers hardness of 17-4PH aviation fasteners were investigated.Firstly,the effects of different aging temperature on the corrosion resistance and hardness of the stainless steel were investigated under the premise of solid solution aging heat treatment.Secondly,the introduction of intermediate treatment between solid solution and aging treatment,and the effect of different intermediate treatment temperature on the corrosion resistance and hardness of 17-4PH stainless steel were investigated.The results show that,with the increase of aging temperature from 480℃to 560℃,the corrosion resistance decreases and the Vickers hardness decreases,the number of precipitated phases increases and the size becomes larger.In addition,the corrosion resistance of 17-4PH stainless steel is greatly improved and the Vickers hardness is reduced by the introduction of intermediate treatment.With the increase of intermediate treatment temperature from 785 to 845℃,its corrosion resistance is further enhanced.The martensite shows the characteristics of fine and uniform.Moreover,the precipitation of NbC from austenite suppresses the appearance of chromium-poor zone.
