摘要
尿素循环障碍是一组致残率高、致死率高的遗传代谢性疾病。为提高我国相关领域医生对该病的诊疗管理水平,特制订"中国尿素循环障碍诊断治疗和管理指南",基于当前可获得的临床证据,针对尿素循环障碍诊断、治疗和管理相关12个临床问题提供了对应参考意见。
