摘要
目的:鉴于中药标准的特殊性及复杂性,对中药标准中交叉检验内容进行优化,以方便检验人员准确使用标准。方法:通过统计成药标准中薄层鉴别与含量测定使用同种对照品品种,发现采用含量测定法或含量测定试验对照色谱图替代同种对照品薄层鉴别,可以避开交叉检验问题。结果:此种方法在保证不影响检验结果的同时大大缩短了检验时长,避免了试剂、试药的浪费。结论:优化后的标准更具科学性、规范性,更有利于检验工作的开展,在很大程度上提升了标准的实用性。
Objective:In view of the particularity and complexity of the standard of traditional Chinese medicine,the content of cross examination in the standard of traditional Chinese medicine was optimized to facilitate the inspectors to use the standard accurately.Methods:Through the statistics of thin-layer identification and content determination in the standard of prepared drugs,it was found that the thin-layer identification of the same kind of reference materials could be replaced by the content determination method or the content determination test reference chromatogram,which could avoid the problem of cross examination. Results:This method greatly shortened the test time and avoided the waste of reagents and test drugs while ensuring that the test results were not affected.Conclusion:The optimized standard is more scientific and normative,which is more conducive to the development of inspection work,and greatly improves the practicality of the standard.
