摘要
目的:针对临床上行宫颈癌根治术患者,其护理过程中,施用标准化疼痛护理干预措施,同时,对其施用后的效果,展开相应的探讨。方法:于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年2月至2021年12月接受诊治的行宫颈癌根治术患者中,随机抽取80例作为研究对象,分为(随机数字表法)40例实验组、40例对照组。对照组用常规护理干预措施,实验组用标准化疼痛护理干预措施。结果:研究对象的护理满意度方面,比对对照组,实验组所得数值更高(P<0.05);研究对象的生活质量评分方面,比对对照组,实验组所得数值更高,有十分明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床上行宫颈癌根治术患者的护理方法,施用标准化疼痛护理干预措施,较一般护理措施,可明显提高患者满意度,改善患者生活质量,其护理效果更好。
Objective: To study the nursing measures of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical resection and to apply standardized pain nursing intervention measures, and to explore the effect of the application. Methods: From February 2021 to December 2021, 80 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical mastectomy were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40). The control group took routine nursing interventions, and the experimental group took standardized pain nursing interventions. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the study object was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the score of quality of life of the study object was higher than that in the experimental group, and there was a signifi cant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with general nursing measures, standardized pain nursing intervention can signifi cantly improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, with better nursing effect.
