摘要
文中以某地下车站底板施工为例,在原设计混凝土配合比中加入水化温升抑制剂,研究其对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,水化温升抑制剂对混凝土的和易性无显著影响,但会造成凝结时间延长,同时降低混凝土的早期强度,但对后期强度无负面影响。水化温升抑制剂能提升混凝土的早期抗裂性能和抗氯离子渗透能力。
This paper will take the construction of an underground station floor as an example, add a hydration temperature rise inhibitor to the original design concrete mix ratio, and compare its influence on the performance of concrete. The results show that: the hydration temperature rise inhibitor has no significant effect on the workability of concrete, but will greatly prolong the setting time;the hydration temperature rise inhibitor will reduce the early strength of concrete, but has no negative effect on the later strength;The hydration temperature rise inhibitor can improve the early crack resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete.
