摘要
目的:研究高通量透析器用于终末期肾病血液透析的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在沈阳市第五人民医院接受血液透析的86例终末期肾病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组和观察组(每组43例),对照组患者接受常规血透,观察组应用高通量透析器进行高通量血液透析,对比两组的肾功能指标、炎症状态以及铁代谢情况、心肌损伤情况。结果:观察组的BUN、Cr指标与对照组对比无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗前,两组的炎症状态以及铁代谢指标对比无显著差异,P>0.05,治疗后,观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6低于对照组,TFR、Hb高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,组间心肌指标比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的PTH、BNP和cTnT均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:终末期肾病血液透析中使用高通量透析器对肾脏功能的改善质量更好,同时控制机体炎症状态,维持铁代谢正常,治疗效果更好。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of high flux dialyzer in hemodialysis of end-stage renal disease.Methods:A total of 86 patients with end-stage renal disease who received hemodialysis in Shenyang Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(43 cases in each group).The control group received conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group received high flux hemodialysis with high flux dialyzer.Renal function indexes,inflammatory status and iron metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in BUN and Cr indexes between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05;Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the inflammatory state and iron metabolism index between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,TFR and Hb were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in myocardial index between the groups(P>0.05);After treatment,PTH,BNP and cTnT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of high flux dialyzer in hemodialysis of end-stage renal disease can improve the quality of renal function,control the inflammatory state of the body,maintain the normal iron metabolism,and the treatment effect is better.
