摘要
目的:探讨超声检查与磁共振对肩关节疾病的诊断价值。方法:选取95例本院2019年1月~2022年5月就诊的肩关节病变患者,所有患者均进行超声及磁共振检查,以临床检查结果为“金标准”,比较超声、磁共振单独、联合检查对不同类型肩关节疾病的诊断结果、诊断效能。结果:与超声、磁共振单独检查相比,联合检查对于肩袖损伤、盂唇损伤、肩关节囊炎、肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎、肱二头肌长头肌腱炎诊断灵敏度、准确率较高,漏诊率较低(P<0.05)。结论:超声、磁共振联合检查能进一步提高对肩关节疾病诊断效能,提高对不同类型肩关节病变检出率,为临床诊断及制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance in shoulder diseases.Methods:A total of 95 patients with shoulder diseases in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected,and all patients were examined by ultrasound and magnetic resonance.The clinical examination results were taken as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound and magnetic resonance examination alone and in combination for different types of shoulder diseases.Results:Compared with ultrasonography and magnetic resonance alone,the combined examination had higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury,labial injury,shoulder bursitis,long head tenosynovitis of biceps brachii and long head tendonitis of biceps brachii,and lower missed diagnosis rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound and magnetic resonance combined examination can further improve the diagnostic efficiency of shoulder joint diseases,improve the detection rate of different types of shoulder joint diseases,and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.
