摘要
目的总结某三甲医院在建立后勤“一站式”服务中心前后实施效果差异,为国内其他正在筹备建立后勤一站式服务中心的医院提供借鉴。方法该调度中心以医院需求为导向,以提高保障效率、依据数据库对不同时间维修项目进行预警、降低维修成本为目的,研究采用数据分析法对该医院建立后勤一站式服务中心前后维修保障效率进行研究。结果服务中心建立后水暖类、特种类、配电类、氧气类、综合类工作的保障效率均有所提高。结论建立后勤“一站式”服务中心既提高了保障效率,又降低了运行成本。
Objective To summarize the differences in the implementation effect of a third-class hospital before and after the establishment of a logistics“one-stop”service center,and provide reference for other hospitals in China that are preparing to establish a logistics one-stop service center.Methods The dispatching center is oriented by the needs of the hospital,with the purpose of improving the support efficiency,early warning the maintenance items at different times according to the database,and reducing the maintenance cost.The data analysis method is used to study the maintenance support efficiency before and after the establishment of the logistics one-stop service center in the hospital.Results After the establishment of the service center,the guarantee efficiency of water heating,special type,power distribution,oxygen type and comprehensive type of work has been improved.Conclusion The establishment of logistics“one-stop”service center not only improves the support efficiency,but also reduces the operation cost.
