摘要
为研究杜仲叶提取物对湘黄土鸡蛋品质、营养成分及血清抗氧化指标的影响,本试验分为3个试验组,I组为对照组,II组为杜仲组,III组为杜仲林下散养组。试验结束对鸡蛋品质、营养成分及血清抗氧化指标进行测定。结果表明:杜仲组的蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组,而蛋黄中胆固醇含量显著低于对照组,与杜仲林下散养组无显著差异。杜仲组鸡蛋氨基酸组成和多数氨基酸含量与对照组无显著差异,但是氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸比例和氨基酸比值系数较对照组有所提高。与对照组相比,杜仲组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著增强,血清中丙二醛的含量显著降低。综上,饲粮中添加杜仲叶提取物能增加湘黄土鸡鸡蛋的品质和营养价值,改善机体抗氧化能力。
In order to study the effects of Ecommia leaves extract on egg quality,nutritional composition and serum antioxidant indices of Xiangloess chickens,2408-month-old Xiangloess chickens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 16 chickens per replicate.Control group I was fed a basal diet(cage rearing),group II was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.5%Ecommia leaves extract as feed additive(cage rearing),and group III was fed a basal diet as free-range rearing group under Ecommia ulmoides forest.The egg quality,nutritional composition and serum antioxidant indexes were determined after the pre-trial period of 2 weeks and the trial period of 10 weeks.The results showed that the eggshell strength and yolk color of Ecommia ulmoides group were significantly higher than those of control group,while the cholesterol content of yolk was significantly lower than that of control group,and there was no significant difference between the eucommia ulmoides group and free-range rearing group.There were no significant differences in amino acid composition and majority amino acid content between Ecommia ulmoides group and control group,but the total amino acid,proportion of essential amino acid and ratio coefficient of amino acid were increased compared with control group.Compared with the control group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase and catalase in serum of Ecommia ulmoides group were significantly increased,and the content of malondialdehyde in serum was significantly decreased.In conclusion,dietary supplemented with Ecommia leaves extract could increase the quality of eggs,enhance the nutritional value of eggs,and improve the antioxidant capacity of Xiangloess chickens.
