摘要
目的:探讨强化性康复护理在骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者复位后腕关节功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2021年12月31日收治的179例骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组89例和研究组90例;对照组接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用强化性康复护理措施。观察比较两组腕关节功能恢复情况、腕关节活动度,并发症发生情况。结果:研究组术后腕关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前腕关节背伸、前臂旋前、掌屈、前臂旋后活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月时研究组腕关节背伸、掌屈、前臂旋后活动度均高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化性康复护理能够有效促进骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折复位后腕关节功能恢复,改善腕关节活动度,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the application effect of intensive rehabilitation nursing in the functional recovery of wrist joint after reduction of osteoporotic distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 179 patients with osteoporotic distal radius fracture admitted during January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were selected and were by the random table method divided into the control group with 89 cases and the study group with 90 cases.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group applied intensive rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The recovery of wrist function,wrist range of motion,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of wrist function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the preoperative wrist dorsiflexion,palmar flexion and forearm supination activities(P>0.05).The wrist dorsiflexion,palmar flexion and forearm supination activities in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of wrist function after reduction of osteoporotic distal bone fracture,improve wrist range of motion,and reduce the the risk of complications.
