SMT自动化设备智能云管理系统研究

摘要 为解决电子制造车间表面组装技术(Surface Mounted Technology,SMT)生产线在实际生产中因自动化设备故障导致的抛料率高、人力浪费、停产等问题。首先建立了设备故障预测模型。其次利用SQL、JAVA技术与云平台结合,设计出了带有故障预测的设备智能云管理系统。最后对该模型及系统的有效性进行验证分析。根据预测模型对设备进行预防性维护,可以减少因设备异常导致停产问题的发生。通过智能云管理系统对设备运行状况进行实时监测,便于工作人员准确接收到异常信号并及时对设备进行维修。研究结果表明:该系统满足企业设备管理的需求,设备故障率降低了约20%。 In order to solve the problems of high material throwing rate,labor waste and production stoppage caused by automation equipment failure in the actual production of surface mounted technology(SMT)production line in electronic manufacturing workshops.Firstly,an equipment fault prediction model is established.Secondly,an intelligent cloud management system with fault prediction is designed by combining SQL,JAVA technology and the cloud platform.Finally,the validity of the model and the system is verified and analyzed.Preventive maintenance of equipment based on predictive models can reduce production downtime due to equipment abnormalities.Real-time monitoring of equipment operating conditions through the intelligent cloud management system is convenient for staff to accurately receive abnormal signals and repair equipment in a timely manner.The research results show that the system meets the needs of enterprise equipment management,and the equipment fault is reduced by about 20%.
