怀化鸭嘴岩大桥主桥设计 被引量:4

摘要 怀化鸭嘴岩大桥主桥为(200+74+45)m曲线独塔双索面混合梁斜拉桥,采用支腿与主梁固结,桥塔、辅助墩及两侧边墩均采用双向活动支座,横向设置抗风支座的新型组合式刚构体系。主梁采用钢-混混合梁结构,桥面宽36 m,主跨采用正交异性钢桥面板流线型扁平钢箱梁;边跨采用预应力混凝土箱梁。桥塔由塔柱和支腿组成,塔柱采用空间曲线形式,横桥向呈曲线式A形构造,桥面以上采用钢箱塔柱,桥面以下采用预应力混凝土空心塔柱;支腿采用预应力混凝土矩形空心截面。斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1770 MPa的高强平行钢丝,空间双索面扇形布置。桥塔墩采用中间设系梁的分离式承台+嵌岩钻孔灌注桩基础。结构计算结果表明,大桥结构刚度及应力均满足要求。主跨钢箱梁采用桥面吊机节段悬臂拼装,边跨预应力混凝土梁采用支架现浇施工,钢塔柱采用塔吊节段拼装,混凝土塔柱和支腿采用支架现浇施工。 The main bridge of Yazuiyan Bridge in Huaihua is a curved hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge.The bridge has one pylon and three spans of 200,74 and 45 m.The sub-columns of the pylon below the deck are fixed with deck,and bearings permitting two-directional motion and lateral wind bearings are installed at the primary pylon columns and on top of the auxiliary and side piers,strictly speaking,the bridge belongs to a composite rigid-frame system.With a width of 36 m,the superstructure in the main span consists of flat steel box girders that act compositely with the overlaid orthotropic steel deck plates,and the superstructure in side spans is composed of prestressed concrete box girders.In the curued A-shaped pylons,the upper steel columns are of box cross-section,and the column below the deck the prestressed concrete hollow column with two prestressed concrete sub-columns of rectangular hollow cross-section.The stay cables,fanned out in spatial double cable planes,are composed of parallel high-strength steel wires with standard tensile strength of 1770 MPa.The pylon pier is mounted on split pile caps that are supported by rock-socketed bored piles.The structural calculations demonstrate that the structural stiffness and stresses of the bridge achieved the requirements.The steel box girders in the main span were cantilever-assembled in segments using deck crane,while the prestressed concrete box girders in side spans were cast in situ on scaffolds.The steel pylon segments were lifted using tower crane,the concrete pylon segments including the sub-columns were cast in situ on scaffolds.
