摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆治疗社区老年糖尿病的效果。方法于2021年3月—2021年6月从江西中医药大学科技学院巾帼志愿服务队服务的15个社区中招募100例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机选取50例老年人为观察组,另外50例老年糖尿病患者作为对照组。对照组实施常规社区慢性病管理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆,比较2组血糖水平、生理相关指标、中医证候评分、胰岛β细胞功能、不良事件发生率、入院率。结果干预前,2组血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组FBG、2 h PG、Hb A1C低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组MCV、Sc V比较,P>0.05;干预后,观察组上述指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组中医证候各项评分比较,P>0.05;干预后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)比较,P>0.05;干预后,观察组HOMA-IS高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率、入院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆对社区老年糖尿病患者,可有效控制血糖水平,改善神经功能,临床效果理想。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing on elderly diabetic patients in the community. Methods From March 2021 to June 2021,100 elderly diabetic patients were recruited from 15 communities served by the female volunteer service team which come from college of science and technology,Jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine as research subjects,50 elderly diabetic patients were randomly selected as the observation group,and 50 elderly diabetic patients were randomly selected as a control group. The control group implemented routine community chronic disease management measures,and the observation group performed acupoint massage combined with ear pressing on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared with blood glucose levels,physiological indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pancreatic β-cell function,incidence of adverse events,and hospital admissions rate. Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups( P > 0. 05);after the intervention,the FPG,2 h PG and Hb A1c of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05);Before intervention,the two groups were physiologically related Index comparison( P > 0. 05);after the intervention,the above-mentioned indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Comparison of the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before the intervention had no difference( P > 0. 05). After the intervention,the above-mentioned indexes of the observation group The score was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Before the intervention,the β cell function index( HOMA-IS) of the two groups was compared( P > 0. 05). After the intervention,the HOMA-IS of the observation group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events and admission rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing can effectively control blood sugar level and improve nerve function for elderly diabetic patients in the community,and the clinical effect is ideal.
