摘要
目的基于数据挖掘分析内服中药治疗丹毒的处方用药规律,以期为临床中药内治法治疗丹毒提供相关用药思路。方法通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普资讯收录的建库以来关于中药内服治疗丹毒且具有明显治疗作用的学术论文,筛选后运用软件Excel 2010、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0及SPSS Statistics 25.0对药物进行统计描述、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果纳入文献共涉及67个处方,单个中药使用频率≥15的共17味。核心药物包括金银花、牡丹皮、紫花地丁等。以寒性、苦、甘味药物为主;归经以肝、心、肺经为主。聚类分析得到3种不同功用的药物组合,以清热解毒、利水渗湿、活血散瘀、益气托毒功效为主。关联规则分析显示置信度排名前二的药物组合为金银花-紫花地丁、金银花-牛膝。结论在中药内服治疗丹毒时,应以苦甘性药物为主。予以清热解毒、利水渗湿、理气活血、益气托毒相结合。
Objective Based on data mining,to analyze the prescription medication rule of oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of erysipelas,in order to provide relevant medication ideas for the clinical treatment of erysipelas by oral administration of Chinese medicine.Methods By searching the academic papers on the treatment of erysideras by internal oral administration of Chinese medicine collected by CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Information since the establishment of the database,after screening,software Excel 2010,IBM SPSS Modeler18 and SPSS Statistics 25 were used for statistical description,association rule analysis and cluster analysis of drugs.Results A total of 67 prescriptions were included in the literature,including 17 prescriptions with frequency≥15.Core drugs include honeysuckle,cortex moutan,purple flower and so on.Cold,bitter and sweet drugs.The main channels are liver,heart and lung.Three drug combinations with different functions were obtained by cluster analysis,with the main functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,benefiting water and dampness,promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis,benefiting qi and supporting poison.Association rule analysis showed that the top two drug combinations were Lonicerae japonicae and Lonicerae japonicae.Conciusion Bitter and sweet medicine should be the main medicine in the treatment of erysipelas.It is a combination of clearing heat and detoxifying,moistening water,regulating Qi and activating blood,and supporting qi and poison.
