基于种绳模式的一垄两行胡萝卜播种机设计与试验 被引量:1

Design and Test of Carrot Sowing Machine Based on Seed Tape Planting Method and Sowing Two Rows on Each Ridge

摘要 结合胡萝卜播种农艺要求及种绳模式的播种技术特点,设计了与胡萝卜种绳编织机配套的方便操作与调整的基于种绳模式的一垄两行胡萝卜播种机,并主要结构包括机架、动力与行走结构、种绳装设与铺设结构、滴灌带装设与铺设结构、垄型整理结构及覆土镇压结构等。以种绳埋设过程为核心,分析种绳受力及运动规律,优化完善种绳模式胡萝卜播种机各结构组成,以更好地保护种绳,保证作业质量与稳定性。田间性能试验结果表明:播种机行进速度为1m/s时,种绳埋设深度测量值变化范围为9~19mm,种绳埋设深度平均值为14mm,埋设深度合格率为100%,种绳埋设深度一致性变异系数为21.4%。试验过程中,种绳无松动、拉断现象,满足胡萝卜播种要求。 Based on the agronomic requirements of carrot seeding and the characteristics of seed tape planting method,the carrot sowing machine based on seed tape planting method and sowing two rows on each ridge was designed.The carrot seeder was easy to operate and adjust,matched with carrot seed tape knitting machine.Main structure of the carrot sowing machine included frame,power and moving structure,installation and laying structure of seed tape,installation and laying structure of drop irrigation belt,structure of tidying up the ridge,structure of covering and compacting soil.Working principles and processes of main structure of the carrot sowing machine were analyzed.Focused on the burying process of seed tape,the force and movement of the seed tape was analyzed,and structural components of the carrot sowing machine were optimized and improved in order to better protect the seed tape,ensure the work quality and work stability.The results showed by performance tests that when the speed of carrot sowing machine was at 1m/s,the variation range of buried depth of seed tape was from 9mm to 19mm,and the average buried depth of seed tape was 14mm,and the passing rate of buried depth of seed tape was 100%,and the coefficient of variation of buried depth was 21.4%,and the seed tape wasn’t loosed or broken in the test.Those proved that the carrot sowing machine met the requirements of carrot seeding.
