摘要
目的探究宫颈癌前病变患者采取阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗的效果。方法入选的研究对象为北大荒集团牡丹江医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的74例宫颈癌前病变患者,按信封抽签法分为对照组(37例,采取宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗)和实验组(37例,采取阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗),比较治疗效果。结果实验组手术相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组二次手术治疗率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌前病变患者临床治疗中采取阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗的疗效较为显著,此种治疗方法可在临床上进行推广。
Objective To explore the effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 74 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to Beidahuang Group Mudanjiang Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group(37 cases,treated with cervical cold knife cone)and the experimental group(37 cases,treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP)according to the envelope drawing method.The treatment effect was compared.Results The operation-related indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment rate of the second surgery in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with LEEP is more effective in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions,and this treatment method can be promoted in clinical practice.
