摘要
法治国家是现代社会一种最文明、最先进的政治法律制度模式。习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调指出,坚持全面依法治国,推进法治中国建设。习近平法治思想是法治理论与中国社会现实相结合的产物,内涵丰富,博大精深,对“何谓法治中国”“法治中国何以可能”“如何推进法治中国建设”的基础理论命题进行了深层思考和透彻分析,构建了法治中国建设的理想图景和实践路径,打破了以西方法治为参照物的视野偏狭,创造了人类文明新形态。
A country ruled by law is the most civilized and advanced political and legal system model in modern society.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should adhere to the rule of law in an all-round way and promote the building of the rule of law in China.Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is the product of the combination of the rule of law theory and the reality of Chinese society.Broad and profound,it is rich in connotation and has carried out in-depth thinking and thorough analysis on the basic theoretical propositions of"what the rule of law in China is","how the rule of law in China is possible",and"how to promote the building of the rule of law in China",constructing an ideal picture and practical path for the building of the rule of law in China,breaking the narrow vision of the Western rule of law as a reference,and creating a new form of human civilization.
