摘要
主循环泵为阀冷系统提供水循环动力,主循环泵故障则可能导致换流阀超温,严重时可导致直流系统强迫停运,进而影响电力系统稳定运行。文章主要对某换流站阀冷系统运行时主循环泵内冷水进阀压力低故障进行分析,通过检查阀水冷动力柜和二次回路等手段,查明故障的主要原因,并提出处理措施及优化建议,为换流站阀冷系统主循环泵类似故障分析提供参考。
The main circulation pump provides the water circulation power for the valve cooling system.The failure of the main circulation pump may lead to the overtemperature of the converter valve,which may lead to the forced shutdown of the DC system in serious cases,thus affecting the stable operation of the power system.This paper mainly analyzes the low pressure failure of the cold water inlet valve in the main circulating pump during the operation of the valve cooling system in a converter station.By checking the valve water cooling power cabinet and secondary loop,the main causes of the failure are identified,and the treatment measures and optimization suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the similar failure analysis of the main circulating pump of the valve cooling system in a converter station.
